Getting Jiggy In The Thrift Store!

   I will start out with a quick post about something that makes me laugh 

when I'm thrift shopping.  I can't tell you how many times I have been perusing the  (sometimes filthy) aisles of a thrift store and hear some major...... flirting! 

I have even had it happen to me before and I just wanna crawl into a dark place lol. 

I have seen it time and time again Mostly its guys hitting on the women and the usually get a no thanks, But I have seen numbers being exchanged!! Each to their own but the last thing I wanna do in a thrift store is look for a date. Could also be that I am soon to be married to the best guy ever, but still!  Then again he hates thrift stores................... No let me stop :)!

I don't know about my fellow thrifters but usually when I go Thrifting , I wear comfy clothes ie; sweats and sneakers . Because I know I'm going to be shopping and digging in sometimes not so clean places for long periods of time. So looking to attract a guy is low on my priorities. 

So tell me have you seen this before? And what are your thoughts?

Just a little bit about me...... 

I am a mom of a  beautiful yet sometimes dramatic 17 yr old daughter. And Fiance to a gentle Giant. I am an avid Thrift Store ,Garage Sale shopping Diva ! I love the thrill of the hunt and have found Some AMAZING Things! I have bad Punctuation and sometimes an Equally bad mouth. But  I promise to make up for it in the Awesome finds and adventures in thrifting I will share! 

 I love a deal and will search high and low to get one. Although any good shopper knows even the cheapest find is not a good deal if you can't use it. And to those shoppers I say BS !!!! I will give it to someone else if i cant use it. "No Deal Left Behind"  Words to shop by.  :)

 Ok enough about me I have started this blog as a project and will see where it goes. Thanks to anyone that reads my babble :) I will be sharing my steals and deals as well as some recipes, Pictures and the occasional tid bits of wisdom lol. Please bear with me as I get this started.
